Thanksgiving Bread

begins with the basic bread dough from "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day." This is a wonderful cookbook. I love the bread results and it takes no time at all. I made up a large container of dough, I'll keep it in the refrigerator and make bread as we need it. Fresh daily doesn't get any better. Here is a picture of the large container of dough that I stirred together in five minutes. I already have a batch of Pumpernickel in the refrigerator. Left over turkey on rye, what a wonderful combination.
